Problem Statement:
      Kashvi had scored only 44 percentile in her first JEE Main attempt, even though she was a very good student until grade 10. She had already taken coaching at Mumbai's most renowned institute plus an online institute. She was not confident about her next attempt in JEE, while her father was very involved and keen to help her achieve her potential.

What We Did at Pracbee:
      We planned her 1:1 classes, focusing on revising the concepts she had already gone through and teaching only the critical concepts which were new or untouched. Teachers would give her practice work after every class and slowly started taking mock tests as well. Luckily, the exam dates got extended and we got over 4 months with her to improve her result.

Final Result:
      Achieved 95.3 percentile in her final JEE Main attempt. Studying Computer Science at VIT (a top college).

Problem Statement:
      Sanika had prepared at a reputed mass coaching institute. However, six months before the exam, she was lacking in confidence, especially in Physics. She was looking for support in Physics as well as mentoring to guide her until the exams.

What We Did at Pracbee:
      We assigned a senior Physics teacher who helped Sanika in setting her goals and focusing on her weaker areas. She began taking regular test series and we guided and mentored her regularly on how to effectively practice and improve scores in each mock test by identifying repetitive errors, revising memory-based questions, and approaching new types of questions. With this structured approach, her scores in the test series steadily improved.

Final Result:
      She successfully secured a seat at IIT Jodhpur.

Problem Statement:
      Agrim faced several challenges during his JEE Main preparation, especially related to difficult concepts. Recognizing the limited time he had, he approached Pracbee just 4 months before the JEE Main exam. He had virtually no prior study in Physics, posing a significant hurdle in his preparation. However, Agrim was determined to secure a seat in a reputed Computer Science Engineering program.

What We Did at Pracbee:
      To help Agrim feel more confident and create a better learning atmosphere, his Physics teacher, Chanchal Sir, changed how he taught. He focused on step-wise difficulty increasing by beginning with easy questions that the Agrim could easily handle. This approach was meant to make Agrim enjoy the process. Gradually, he moved on to difficult concepts as well as questions. As Agrim's confidence increased, he could focus more and practice more in all subjects.

Final Result:
      Admission to VIT Vellore's prestigious Computer Science Engineering program.

Problem Statement:
      One of the significant challenges Ashesh faced was that he had never received formal coaching for the entrance exam. This lack of structured guidance left several gaps in his understanding of key concepts. Furthermore, he was unaware of the specific weak areas in which he needed improvement, making it difficult to set a clear roadmap for his preparation.

What We Did at Pracbee:
      At PracBee, we conducted a comprehensive assessment of Ashesh's knowledge, pinpointing specific concepts and topics where he lacked clarity. Through personalized coaching and regular feedback, we worked closely with him to address knowledge gaps in concepts and application of concepts and concentrate on critical areas. Furthermore, PracBee aided Ashesh in crafting a goal-oriented study plan, incorporating clear milestones to track his progress, address weaknesses, and bolster his strengths.

Final Result:
      Admission to IIT Madras Mechanical Engineering.

Problem Statement:
      Tripti was a sincere student, always willing to work hard. However, she was low on confidence because she did not do well in competitive exams, even though she did well in school exams. She found JEE to be an intimidating and tough ordeal to go through. At the same time, she was willing to follow the guidance and advice of teachers and work accordingly for the next two years.

What We Did at Pracbee:
      Trippti, upon joining Pracbee, diligently adhered to Pracbee's system. We gave her practice work after each class, made her take weekly and monthly tests, attend revision classes, and separate test discussion sessions as well. She would do all of this very sincerely. She often found the toughest topics in Math and Physics challenging, but we asked her to focus not on the entire syllabus but the most important 75% syllabus. Also, her mentor kept guiding her and always tried to boost her confidence levels, without ever letting her become stressed or overwhelmed.

Final Result:
      She secured admission to DTU (Delhi Technological University).

Problem Statement:
      Siddharth lacked focus while studying and did not have a structured study process. He was also distracted by a large circle of friends who were not focused on the JEE exam. All this resulted in him not having a decent grasp of his subjects. He was willing to take a year drop and focus back on his studies since he wanted to get into a good engineering college.

What We Did at Pracbee:
      At Pracbee, we first assigned a mentor and then teachers to Siddharth. We helped him in setting a realistic but challenging goal, and created plans for improvement in each subject. After every class, he was given practice work to do and every week he was to take a test to assess himself and improve accordingly. We also guided him on effective study techniques, including identifying and correcting recurring errors, revising memory-based questions, and approaching new question types. With this structured approach, Siddharth's test scores improved consistently.

Final Result:
      Got 97 percentile and admission to his dream college: IIIT Nagpur.
