CUET, or the Common University Entrance Test, is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Its main purpose is to facilitate admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs offered by various Government Central Universities. Some renowned institutes that admit students through CUET include Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and Banaras Hindu University.

CUET offers admission to a wide range of UG programs such as B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BA, B.Com, and more.

No, the date and slot of the CUET exam will be determined based on the programme or paper opted for by candidates.

Candidates are required to bring the following items at the exam center: Admit Card, passport-size photograph affixed on it, one passport-size photograph (to be affixed on the attendance sheet on the day of the Examination). Candidates are advised not to bring any other items to the examination centers, as there will be no arrangement for the safekeeping of any material.

There is no age restriction for appearing to the test. The candidate should have passed Class 12 from a recognized school. But, universities might have different eligibility criteria for CUET according to their colleges.

  1. In Section IA and Section IB, candidates need to attempt 40 out of 50 questions in each section.
  2. In Section II, candidates have to attempt either 35 out of 45 or 40 out of 50 questions, depending on the subject chosen.
  3. In Section III, candidates need to attempt 50 out of 60 questions.

Yes, NTA provides exemptions for Divyangjan candidates. They are permitted to use a scribe or allowed compensatory time or both, as per guidelines.
